1.) How do I order?
Ordering at www.epsonshop.co.in is easy. Just select the items you want & add them to your cart. Enter your shipping address and payment information before you proceed to payment.
2.) My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?
Click on ‘My Account’, enter your username and the password and login to your account.
Click Account Information and change the displayed email address and save the record.
3.) The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
Out of stock products on the web store cannot be ordered and are shown as out of stock.
In a rare case where products ordered by you are out of stock and we don’t see ourselves getting the stock within 72 hours, our representative will call you and update you on the products that are currently not in stock. We will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the out of stock products.
4.) How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails and SMS.
Once your order is placed you would receive an SMS and an email with your order details.
After your order is dispatched we send you another SMS with your tracking details.
Please check your spam folder and SMS inbox for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates.
In case of any unforeseen event which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.

7.) How do I return an item purchased?
Items sold cannot be returned . Incase of manufacturing defects, it needs to be taken up with the Epson Service at 1800 425 0011
8.) How do I cancel an order?
No return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery.
In case you would like to cancel the order for what so ever reason. You will need to send an email to us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details within 12 hours of placing the order –
a. Date of order
b. Order number
c. Reason for cancellation
On receipt of the email we will cancel the order and process the refund.
9.) How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
The refund of the excess money received will be processed within 3 working days of the return or cancellation. The process for the actual refund may take 7-14 working days to reflect in your Credit Card or Bank Account statement. There will be no refund in cash. All refund will be subject to deduction of delivery charges or promotional discounts as applicable.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
13.) What do I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry and ensure information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) & that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

15.) When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Kindly double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card.
Also, please be aware that www.epsonshop.co.in currently accepts Visa, MasterCard credit cards and Net Banking for specific banks which are displayed when you select Net Banking as your payment option.
If you have received an authorization error, we recommend calling your bank first for further information since these error messages come from bank’s servers and not from our site.
16.) Where all is delivery undertaken?
We currently deliver in over 6000 pincodes across the country. We deliver across major cities and towns in India.
17.) What are the delivery charges?
Currently We offer absolutely free shipping on all products in India.
18.) How do I check the current status of my orders?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email and by SMS
Once the order is shipped you will receive an email and SMS with the courier company name and airway bill number
At any point of time you can log in into your account and check the status of the shipment. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 48 working hours.
19.) What is the estimated delivery time?
www.epsonshop.co.in uses the best courier partners for delivery like Blue Dart, Aramex, Fedex , DTDC among others. We deliver between 5-8 working days in Tier 1 cities and between 8-12 working days in Tier 2 cities.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the shipment will be fulfilled in 12-15 business days, and there can be a further delay in order fulfillment.
